We are looking for an HR Generalist who shares our passion for attracting and retaining top talent! In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all team members
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Support and guide team members throughout their journey, fostering growth, development, engagement, and positive experience within the company
Support and organize regular Performance and Compensation review processes within the company
Drive people's engagement, including internal communication, motivation, feedback, recognition, and gamification initiatives
Recognize and celebrate achievements and team milestones
Organize company events, team-building activities, and manage internal resources to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment
Keep the team informed about company goals, values, policies, and updates
Coordinate all recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring specialists for any resource request
Manage and maintain the ATS system (TalentLyft)
Communicate with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities
Track and report recruitment metrics and progress
Maintain and update the recruitment team’s knowledge base
Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams (Resource Management, Sales & Marketing, Delivery, Finance) to align efforts with company objectives
🔹 Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar role within service-oriented IT companies, focusing on hiring technical specialists
Proven experience in hiring both Ukrainian and international specialists
Understanding of B2B work specifics
Familiarity with effective recruitment strategies and tools, with a willingness to try and implement new approaches
Self-reliant, proactive, ready to take responsibility for results and able to work independently or in a small team without constant supervision
High emotional intelligence with the ability to connect with diverse personalities and build strong communication
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (both spoken and written)
