We are now looking for a Power Automate & MS Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our team.
🌍 This is a full-time, fully remote position.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain an Automated Lead Intake Agent to capture, validate, and route incoming leads.
Implement automated email response handling to ensure timely and accurate communication with potential customers.
Develop and manage lead scoring automation to prioritize leads based on predefined criteria and business rules.
Configure automatic salesperson assignment to distribute leads efficiently based on availability, expertise, or territory.
🔹 Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, including CRM configuration and integrations.
Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Ability to automate lead processing, including lead collection, validation, data enrichment, and integration with email, forms, and chat channels.
Experience integrating with Outlook and Microsoft Teams to generate personalized email drafts and send notifications in Teams.
Strong understanding of lead scoring models, prioritization rules, and automatic assignment of sales representatives.
Experience working with both on-premise and cloud-based solutions, including Docker and Kubernetes.
