We are now looking for a Trainee Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

This position is full-time and can be fully remote.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential B2B clients across US/EU markets using online tools and databases.

  • Support LinkedIn campaigns to reach new prospects and generate leads.

  • Learn how to set up and track email campaigns using modern tools.

  • Help analyze outreach results (response rates, conversions) and prepare reports.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand the full sales process and how qualified opportunities are created.

  • Explore simple workflow automations (scripts, enrichment tools, spreadsheets) to make daily work more efficient.


🔹 Qualifications:

  • Student or recent graduate with a technical background (IT, Computer Science, or similar).

  • You enjoy working with automation, workflows, and scripts to make processes smarter.

  • Curiosity to learn about sales technologies, automation tools, and CRM systems.

  • Good research and analytical skills (comfortable working with databases, Excel/Google Sheets).

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).

  • A proactive attitude, willingness to experiment, and motivation to grow in the Sales/Automation field.
